Greybull Stewardship acquired Genesys Industries, a manufacturer and supplier of aerospace, commercial aviation, and specialty industrial products. The Jackson, Wyoming-based private investment firm announced the transaction June 22, 2026.
Genesys Industries operates as a platform uniting three heritage American manufacturing brands. Avia Marine Company, one of the brands within the portfolio, manufactures aircraft components. The acquired company supplies both aerospace and commercial aviation customers alongside specialty industrial product buyers.
