Atlas Energy Announces Director Appointments to Cayman Subsidiary, Sandbox Deadline Extension
Atlas Energy Corp. (TSXV: ATLE) announced that Patrick Drouin and Dion Degrand will be appointed to the board of Atlas Energy International SEZC, its Cayman Islands subsidiary, subject to regulatory approval. The company also announced an extension to its TSXV Sandbox exit deadline.

Atlas Energy Corp. (TSXV: ATLE) appointed Patrick Drouin and Dion Degrand to the board of directors of Atlas Energy International SEZC, its Cayman Islands subsidiary, and received an extension to its TSXV Sandbox exit deadline. The Calgary-based junior energy issuer disclosed both governance changes in a June 22 announcement, noting that the subsidiary board appointments are subject to applicable Cayman Islands regulatory approvals.
The two named directors will join the board of Atlas Energy International SEZC, a Cayman Islands special economic zone company that serves as the Company's international subsidiary structure. The company did not disclose the backgrounds of Drouin or Degrand, their tenure start dates, or the size of the subsidiary board before or after the appointments.
