Hartford HealthCare announced the expansion of its partnership with K Health into virtual specialty care, starting with endocrinology. The health system disclosed the move on June 22, building on the existing 24/7 platform that launched in March 2025 for primary care access.
The partnership brings K Health's AI-enabled clinical platform to patients managing complex chronic conditions through virtual endocrinology visits. Hartford HealthCare stated the expansion represents "a new chapter of the same clinical-grade AI that transformed primary care access," now applied to specialty medicine. K Health operates as an AI-enabled care platform that Hartford HealthCare previously deployed for round-the-clock primary care services.
