The company, which employs more than 20,000 people and trades at a $26 billion market capitalization, escalated revenue from $3.8 billion in fiscal 2016 to $9 billion in fiscal 2025, a 10.1% compound annual growth rate over the nine-year span.
The dividend track record positions Xylem among industrial companies with sustained payout growth exceeding a decade. The 11% 10-year dividend CAGR outpaced the company's 10.1% revenue CAGR over the overlapping period, indicating cash generation capacity that supported both business reinvestment and shareholder returns.
