Fervo Energy partners with Nvidia and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory on geothermal digital twin

Fervo Energy (FRVO) rose 8.3% in pre-market trading Monday after announcing a partnership with Nvidia (NVDA) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to develop EGS-Twin, a digital twin platform for Enhanced Geothermal Systems technology.

Fervo Energy (FRVO) unveiled a partnership with Nvidia (NVDA) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to develop a next-generation digital twin platform for Enhanced Geothermal Systems technology called EGS-Twin. Fervo shares rose 8.3% in pre-market trading Monday following the announcement.

The platform is designed to integrate real-time data for Enhanced Geothermal Systems, which use advanced drilling techniques to create artificial reservoirs in hot rock formations. The collaboration pairs Fervo's geothermal field operations with Nvidia's computing and artificial intelligence capabilities alongside the national laboratory's research infrastructure.
