The Burlington, Ontario-based software-defined video network technology provider posted net earnings of $64.4 million for the year, an increase of $4.7 million from fiscal 2025, and fully diluted earnings per share of $0.83, up from $0.77 in the prior year [1].
International revenue reached $148.0 million, an increase of 16% or $20.8 million from the prior year [1]. Earnings from operations totaled $87.3 million, an increase of $5.8 million year-over-year [1]. Fourth quarter revenue of $131.6 million rose 3% from the year-ago period, while recurring software revenue in the quarter jumped 17% to $65.8 million [1].
