Colliers hired Justin Arzi from CBRE as senior vice president on its New York capital markets team. Colliers hired Justin Arzi from CBRE as a senior vice president on its New York capital markets team, the firm announced this month. Arzi spent nine years at CBRE, most recently as vice president with CBRE Capital Markets based in New York, and was named to Commercial Observer's Top Young Professionals list in 2023.
Arzi joins managing directors Dylan Kane and Zach Redding at Colliers after the firm ranked as the fastest-growing capital markets platform in the commercial real estate industry last year based on MSCI data. The hire extends Colliers' talent acquisition push in New York investment sales, where the firm has brokered several Manhattan office-to-residential conversions over the past year.
