Jefferies Financial Group earned $226.2 million attributable to common shareholders in the second quarter ended May 31, 2026, compared with $88.0 million in the year-ago period, the investment bank announced Wednesday [1]. Diluted earnings per voting common share rose to $1.02 from $0.40 a year earlier [1].
Total net revenues climbed to $2.206 billion in the quarter, up from $1.634 billion in the second quarter of 2025 [1]. Year-to-date net earnings reached $382.2 million on diluted EPS of $1.70, versus $215.9 million and $0.97 per share in the first six months of 2025 [1].
