The company operates a young fleet equipped with exhaust gas cleaning systems, positioning it to capture premium rates in volatile spot markets. Management has structured the majority of vessel exposure to short-term contracts rather than long-term charters, allowing the company to benefit directly from rate spikes tied to supply-chain bottlenecks and shifting routing patterns for Persian Gulf crude.
