Seedcamp raises $320 million for Fund VII and new Select growth fund

Seedcamp closed $320 million across Fund VII and a new Select fund, doubling its prior $180 million Fund VI raised in 2023, with $220 million for early-stage deals and $100 million for Series B follow-ons. The firm has 12 unicorns across more than 550 portfolio companies.

Seedcamp closed $320 million across two vehicles on Monday, splitting the capital between $220 million for Fund VII, its early-stage vehicle, and $100 million for a new growth fund called Select. The raise doubles the $180 million the firm raised for Fund VI in 2023 and brings total assets under management to $1 billion.

Limited partners in Fund VII include British Business Bank, HarborVest, Schroders, Sofina, and 80 portfolio company founders acting as angel investors, according to co-founder and managing partner Reshma Sohoni. The firm has backed 12 unicorns across more than 550 portfolio companies, including Revolut, Wise, UiPath, Synthesia, Pleo, Hopin, and Fluidstack.
