Critical Infrastructure Technologies Terminates Western Australia Engineering Acquisition and Centurion Capital Engagement
Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) terminated its share sale agreement to acquire a Western Australian precision engineering firm and cancelled its engagement with Centurion One Capital Corp. as lead agent for a proposed $3 million brokered private placement. The company provided no reasons for either termination.
Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: ; OTC: ) terminated a share sale agreement to acquire 100 percent of the issued shares of a Western Australian precision engineering and manufacturing company, the company disclosed June 22. The company also cancelled an engagement letter with Centurion One Capital Corp. under which Centurion served as lead agent for a brokered private placement to raise approximately $3,000,000.
The abandoned acquisition, first announced March 11, 2026, and updated through June 1, would have brought a precision engineering and manufacturing capability to CiTech's portfolio of autonomous mobile communications and security platforms. The termination notice did not cite reasons for the decision. The Centurion engagement, announced May 12, was structured to support the transaction and related corporate purposes; its cancellation indicates the company is no longer pursuing that capital structure path.
