Golden Arrow Sells 75% Copper Stake to Capstone for $25 Million
Golden Arrow Resources sold its 75% interest in 73 San Pietro copper concessions to Capstone Copper for US$25 million in Capstone shares, while retaining 9,000 hectares of gold exploration acreage.
Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSXV: ) (OTCQB: ) signed a definitive agreement on June 22, 2026, to sell 73 copper concessions at its San Pietro project in Chile's Atacama region to Capstone Copper Corp. for US$25,000,000 in Capstone shares [1].
The concessions are currently owned through New Golden Exploration Chile SpA, a joint venture in which Golden Arrow holds a 75.019% interest and Sociedad de Servicios Andinos SPA holds the remaining 24.981% [1]. Capstone will acquire the concessions through a wholly-owned subsidiary.
