White will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of both Oregon Pacific Bank and its holding company, effective July 1, 2026 [1]. CEO Ron Green, who announced his intention to retire earlier this year, will transition to Executive Advisor and Board Member on July 1 and will continue to support White and the Board of Directors [1]. The succession moves White from her current role as President into the top executive position at both the bank and the holding company.
